Key Information for Exhibitors & Sponsors
Please read the following before submitting your inquiry.
Exhibition Area
- Zone 5 — open-air fairground area at the competition site (approx. 20 ha), location: Branjin Vrh / Grabovac, Mitrovac farm surroundings
- Open-type space — each exhibitor sets up and decorates independently according to their own design
- Space is allocated according to the chosen package; additional space can be requested
- Demonstration zones are possible — please notify the organiser in advance so that space can be reserved
Infrastructure & Services
- Basic electrical infrastructure is provided at the site; connection from the supply point to your stand is your responsibility (generators are also a valid option)
- Security and guarding of the exhibition area is provided by the organiser throughout the event
- Stand setup must be completed before the opening ceremony on 3 September 2026 (Thursday afternoon)
- Competition days: 4–5 September 2026 (Friday & Saturday)
Gala Dinner
- Championship closing ceremony and winners’ announcement: 5 September 2026 at 20:00, Gospodarski Centar Osijek
- Gala dinner tickets: €150 per person (seat, food and drinks included)
- Sponsorship packages include a set number of complimentary gala dinner tickets – see the packages table on the Sponsors page
Other Notes
- Sponsorship can also be provided through material goods or services of value to the organiser — please discuss this option in advance
- Official tourist packages (9-day and 5-day) are available for sponsor representatives — see the Tours & Excursions page
