Visitor registration is open until 20 August 2026.

Please fill out a separate form for each visitor. All input fields are required unless noted otherwise.
For official team members (4 delegates per country) — Competitors (max. 2), Judge, Coach and WPO Officials please use the Competitor Registration form.
Important Payment Information
After you have filled out and confirmed the form, in a few days an invoice with price and payment details will be sent to you.
- When paying, include the full name of the person for whom the payment is made.
- Bookings will not be accepted until full payment has been received.
- The package price is non-negotiable.
- All bank/transaction charges to be paid by the person booking.
