Any additional nights in the student dormitory outside your selected visitors’ package dates will be added to your package invoice.
The price of accommodation per person before the official program starts is €40 per night.
For accommodation outside the student dormitory, please look on Accommodation – Turistička zajednica Osječko-baranjske županije or contact rh.onouh.6202cpw@ofni and we will provide suggestions for you to arrange independently.

Transport by bus covers the Official Program period (31st August – 6th September).

Important Payment Information

After you have filled out and confirmed the form, in a few days an invoice with price and payment details will be sent to you.

When paying, include the full name of the person for whom the payment is made.
Bookings will not be accepted until full payment has been received.
The package price is non-negotiable.
All bank/transaction charges to be paid by the person booking.
