Visit the monumental Đakovo Cathedral and its centuries-old Lipizzaner stud farm, explore the noble heritage of Našice, and taste authentic Slavonian wines at Enosophia Winery.
Đakovo Cathedral is one of the most important landmarks of eastern Croatia and a symbol of Đakovo’s cultural and spiritual heritage. Built in the 19th century under Bishop Josip Juraj Strossmayer, its monumental neo-Romanesque architecture and richly decorated interior reflect the town’s historical role as a centre of faith and culture in Slavonia.
The Đakovo State Stud Farm is one of the oldest stud farms in Europe and has been dedicated to breeding Lipizzaner horses for more than five centuries. It represents a living tradition deeply rooted in the region.
The Našice Local History Museum, housed in the elegant Pejačević Castle, offers a refined insight into the historical, cultural, and social development of Našice and its surroundings.
Through its collections, the museum highlights the legacy of Dora Pejačević, a pioneering Croatian composer, as well as that of her noble family, local traditions, and everyday life shaped by centuries of political, artistic, and economic influences.
The Enosophia winery in Feričanci traces its roots back to the 18th century. In 1804, a cellar was built that still stands as a witness to the beginning of viticultural production in the Feričanci region.
Their wines carry the spirit of Slavonia, enriched with tradition and innovation.
