This registration is for the Official Package for official team members (4 delegates per country) — Competitors (max. 2), Judge, Coach and WPO Officials (Head Stewards, WPO Executive: Board Members, Chairman/Vice Chairman/General Secretary/Deputy General Secretary).

Important note — Registration to Compete and Judge is through the WPO Website: worldploughing.org → Register to Compete / Judge

There are only 4 delegates per country hosted, so any additional officials from a delegation must be paid for. For them, please use the Visitor Registration form.

Pre-practice plot cost: €150 per plot (40m × 50m = 2,000 m²). Pre-practice will not be possible before 18th August 2026.

The price of accommodation per person before the official program starts is €40 per night.
If you request early accommodation in the student dormitory, an invoice with payment details will be sent to you within a few days.
For accommodation outside the student dormitory, please look on Accommodation – Turistička zajednica Osječko-baranjske županije or contact rh.onouh.6202cpw@ofni and we will provide suggestions for you to arrange independently.

Important Payment Information

After you have filled out and confirmed the form, in a few days an invoice with price and payment details for accommodation before the official program in the student dormitory will be sent to you.

When paying, include the full name of the person for whom the payment is made.
Bookings will not be accepted until full payment has been received.
The package price is non-negotiable.
All bank/transaction charges to be paid by the person booking.
